Please consider below skills required for the OCTG manual machine operators:
1. Knowledge of API 5CT, 5B, 7-1, 7-2, products.
2. Experience in API manufacturing facilities.
3. Experienced in the operation of OCTG Hollow spindle lathe (Demore, Megabore) machines with automatic thread cycles for the manufacturing of API thread connection.
4. Ability to read and understand requirements of Product Drawings.
5. Familiar with the usage of all types of thread elements measuring instruments, and capable of preparing in-process inspection reports of the manufactured thread connections.
6. Vast knowledge on oil field/drilling tools and the service requirements.
7. Independently work with minimum supervision.
8. Experienced in the manufacturing & repair of API 6A products.
