Silver Dunes Real Estate, a premier real estate agency in Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring our team of real estate agents, driving sales growth, and exceeding ambitious targets.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement winning sales strategies to maximize property sales.
  • Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team of real estate agents.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales environment.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.

Who You Are:

  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales management (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
