Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cleaning Division Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our cleaning division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all cleaning operations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control protocols.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Client Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop proposals for new clients and manage contract renewals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement operational procedures.
- Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle stress.
