Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cleaning Division Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our cleaning division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Operational Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all cleaning operations.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Client Relations:
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop proposals for new clients and manage contract renewals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational procedures.
  • Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and handle stress.
