· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.
· Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
· Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and making recommendations to hiring managers.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
· Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) on Company’s HC system and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline the hiring process.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
· Stay updated on market trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
· Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
