We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team at Das Island. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing scaffolding operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing a team of scaffolders. ADNOC approval is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of scaffolders on site.
- Ensure all scaffolding work is carried out in accordance with ADNOC and international safety standards.
- Inspect and approve scaffolding structures for safety and compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to scaffolders on safe work practices.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Maintain records of scaffolding activities and safety inspections.
- Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to scaffolding operations.
Qualifications:
- ADNOC approval is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to challenging work environments.
