Knowledge of management of day to day contractual/commercial/construction related tasks with a project track record of delivering a diversified portfolio of projects (projects (Residential, hospitality & Retail)
Able to manage vendors (contractors, suppliers, etc.)
Coordinate with authorities with project permits and approvals and discussions
Strong project management background for a full project cycle inclusive of procurement, contracting management
Able to manage pre award phase with ability to recommend contract types of financial terms and conditions
