We are seeking a skilled HR Manager who is a Native Arabic speaker and has a strong background in the hospitality industry. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all HR functions within our organization, ensuring compliance with Bahrain labor laws and fostering a positive work environment for our diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and make recommendations for salary adjustments as needed.
- HR Policy and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with Bahrain labor laws and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employment practices.
- HR Administration:
- Oversee HR administrative tasks, including payroll processing, attendance management, and employee record maintenance.
- Utilize HRIS systems to manage HR data effectively and generate reports as needed.
- Legal Compliance:
- Stay updated with changes in Bahrain labor laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance in all HR practices.
- Advise management and employees on legal matters related to employment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 4+ experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific HR practices and challenges.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Thorough knowledge of Bahrain labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
