Silver Dunes Real Estate, a leading Dubai agency, is searching for a driven and knowledgeable Off-Plan Property Real Estate Agent to join our team. You'll be the point person for clients seeking investment opportunities in Dubai's exciting off-plan developments.
What You'll Do:
- Be a market expert on upcoming off-plan projects in Dubai.
- Identify and qualify potential buyers interested in off-plan properties.
- Educate clients on the off-plan buying process, highlighting benefits and risks.
- Conduct property tours (physical or virtual) of off-plan developments.
- Negotiate and close deals for off-plan property purchases.
- Build strong relationships with developers and stay current on new projects.
- Exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, especially off-plan trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage potential buyers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
