Facilities Management Strategy
- Development, implementation and oversight for strategies, service delivery plans, policies, procedures and performance evaluation for all Facilities Management functions under ADNOC Distribution General Service’s responsibility.
- Ensure effective contracts performance management and monitoring for Facilities Management including successful mobilization, performance monitoring, monthly contract performance evaluations, payments certifications and contracts close-out.
- Accountable and oversee the implementation of established quality management system within FCM functional scope
Facilities Management Operations
- Planning, Management and Oversight for day to day facilities Management operations including MEP systems maintenance services, specialized systems maintenance services, Corporate Physical Security (visitor management, patrolling, material control, lost and found), Electronic Security Systems (CCTV, ACS, PA) ,Civil and fabric maintenance services, Soft Services (Façade and Window cleaning services, Heavy duty cleaning services, pest control, domestic waste management, landscaping, disinfection and sanitization), Corporate office space lease management, workspace management and FFE among other day to day operations required to ensure quality assurance, operational and cost efficiency.
- Provide oversight and guidance to ensure all facilities management functions and activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance to operational SLA’s, quality objectives and resolve team escalations
- Ensure all the operational transactions are closed on-time in the system
- Proactively mitigate any circumstances that may interrupt the smooth running of the facilities management function including resolution of challenges affecting day to day operations
- Proactive and timely reporting and escalation to Vice President, General Services for all matters hindering business continuity, process efficiency and other factors that may adversely affect the delivery of facilities management function
