* The Contract Engineer shall assist in dealing with the technical aspects of contracts for * FEED/engineering study, EPC, project management consultancy (PMC) and ensuring that the specified technical requirements are met, contributing to the successful execution of the project while safeguarding the organization's interests.
* Followings are also responsibilities of the work.
- Preparation of the Tender Documents / Contract Documents / Agreements from technical viewpoints.
- Preparation of any official correspondences for technical issues.
- Communication with internal company and negotiation with any third parties to attain favourable contract engagement and work execution for engineering teams.
- Monitor of department works for the work procedure improvements.
- Documentation and maintenance of any Company’s technical guidelines / regulations.
