· 3-5 years of experience progressively towards greater responsibilities and success in the field of Business Development / Sales Coordinator

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, statistics, economics, or a related field.

· · Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

· Consistently high performer; manager ratings Very Good or preferably Excellent

· Competent in using different online platforms (CRM, ERP, Project Management) and other Microsoft office tools

· Adherence to ethical standards and guidelines in conducting research, handling sensitive information, ensuring participant confidentiality, and complying with data privacy regulations
