We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a background in hospitality to join the team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should be a Native Arabic speaker with a strong understanding of the Bahrain market and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the hospitality segment.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the hospitality industry.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and prepare sales forecasts to optimize performance and achieve sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.
- Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the Bahrain market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in sales forecasting and budget management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between 600-800 Bahraini Dinar per month,. The final compensation package will be negotiated based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
