Job Description:

The Moors Beauty Salon Co. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa and Store Manager to oversee our luxurious beauty spa and retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the spa and retail store, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of spa therapists and retail associates.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in the spa and store areas.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising of retail products.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote spa services.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, sales targets, and profit margins.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in spa management or a similar role in the beauty industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and financial reports.
• Proficiency in using management software and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• French speaking in a plus
