We are actively seeking for dynamic individuals to join our team as a Real Estate Agent for Leasing, you will play a key role in leasing activities, ensuring a smooth process for both tenants and the company.
Job Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing: Negotiate and execute lease agreements with potential tenants, maintaining and updating leasing records and documents.
Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, conducting property tours, and responding to inquiries.
Tenant Management: Assess and approve tenant applications, coordinate move-in and move-out processes, and monitor lease terms and conditions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team to address tenant issues and concerns.
Qualifications and other requirement:
ü At least 2-3 years’ experience in leasing.
ü Fluency in English and Arabic will be a plus point
ü Strong negotiation and communication skills.
ü Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
ü Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
ü Pleasant personality.
ü Own conveyance.
