Your Impact
Reporting to the Chief of Party, the Training Manager is responsible for designing and overseeing the execution of training workflows that lead to successful participant job outcomes. The Training Manager liaises with the Professional Development Team and Employer Relations Team to understand the specifics of employer hiring interests and participant needs, and builds strategies to meet these challenges. The Training Manager will supervise 3 Program Managers who will execute the admissions process and
live, online training programs (typically 12-20 weeks in length), ensuring learners, teaching assistants, instructors, and other stakeholders engage and benefit from the program. The Training Manager is responsible for sourcing and managing a team of 60 contracted Teaching Assistants and 3 Lead Instructors.
The ideal candidate has a passion for supporting others' professional growth, a track record of designing successful programs, and the ability to adapt to evolving job market dynamics while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The Training Manager is expected to have strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team of training staff or trainers, an ability to provide guidance, feedback, and excellent project management skills to oversee the execution of multiple training and admissions initiatives simultaneously.
A successful Training Manager is an excellent communicator with a strong work ethic who is focused on achieving employment outcomes for our trainees. The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include (but are not limited to) location, experience, education and skill sets. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000 - $76,000. Please note that the shared range is specific to Jordan. The range only reflects the base salary and does not reflect bonus, equity or benefits.
