Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain captivating landscapes, including gardens, lawns, and green spaces.
- Lead and motivate a team of gardeners, delegating tasks and ensuring quality workmanship.
- Select and care for plants, trees, and shrubs, ensuring they thrive in their environment.
- Install and manage irrigation systems for optimal plant health.
- Implement effective pest control and weed management strategies.
- Maintain and oversee the upkeep of gardening equipment.
- Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven UAE experience in landscaping or gardening, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, landscaping techniques, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in outdoor environments.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing landscapes.
- Problem-solving abilities to address issues as they arise.
