Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing and Photography Executive to enhance our online presence and showcase our properties through stunning visual content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a passion for real estate, and a keen eye for photography.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and generate leads for our properties.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and create engaging content to increase brand awareness.
- Conduct SEO optimization and manage PPC campaigns to improve search engine rankings and online visibility.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Create and send out email marketing campaigns and newsletters to potential clients and investors.
- Maintain and update the company website with the latest property listings, news, and blog posts.
Photography:
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties for use in marketing materials, listings, and social media.
- Edit and enhance images to ensure they meet company standards and highlight the best features of each property.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand property highlights and marketing goals.
- Maintain an organized archive of digital assets for easy access and retrieval.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Photography, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
- Excellent photography and videography skills, with experience in real estate photography preferred.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Graphic design skills are a plus.
