Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the off-plan market. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales performance, mentor team members, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive off-plan property sales.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Use data and insights to make informed decisions and drive sales strategies.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the sales process for off-plan projects from initial contact to closing.
  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the off-plan real estate market and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
