Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding firm, POA.ae. The person will focus on consulting and selling the following services:

• Power of Attorney and eviction notices
• Online (e-)notarization
• Attestation/ legalization services
• Property gifting/ conveyancing services
• Investor visa/golden visa for property owners

The responsibilities of the person include the following:

• Understand client needs and provide expert advice on our service offerings, to secure deals.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products, services, features, and pricing.
• Achieve sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities for product and service up-selling, as well as new client acquisition.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, benchmarks, and sales developments.

Requirements and Personal Qualifications and Skills:

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• University/College graduate in a relevant field.
• Fluency in both English and Russian is a must (verbal and written).
• In-depth knowledge of strategic and tactical sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• 2-3 years of experience in business development and/or sales within the legal, real estate, or corporate services industries.
• Strong team player, adept at collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
