The job involves a blend of technical and customer service skills.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing engineering projects related to installation of metal doors and windows.
Attend technical meetings with client and consultant, as and when required.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up engineering activities for assigned projects from the start till project hand-over.
Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure systems and components meet specifications and standards.
Identify and rectify aby defects or issues.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
Generate weekly report on all engineering submissions and enquires.
Generate design drawings.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices.
