Project Manager/Finance Resource

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial feasibility studies and analyses for the proposed projects across the group companies to assess their viability, profitability, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

Manage the execution of approved projects, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and budgets while maintaining high quality standards.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors/contractors involved in project delivery.

Monitor project progress through regular status updates, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, financial analyses, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies across all project activities.

Collaborate with finance teams to manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting requirements.

Continuously improve project management processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, CFA) is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, financial analysis, and feasibility studies, preferably in a multi-company or conglomerate environment.

Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills with proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.

Familiarity with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.
