Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Utilize your outdoor sales expertise to identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and door-to-door visits.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and advantages to customers.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings and close deals.
- Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management through proactive selling and effective sales strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity tracking, to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Valid UAE driving license is a must.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as required.
