We are looking for a Regional Manager to join our team.


As a Regional Manager you will be collaborating closely with the Regional Director UKP (MENAP, UK Onshore) and overseeing the MENA UKP team based in Dubai, the Regional Manager UKP (MENA) will be responsible for formulating and implementing the sales and recruitment strategy for the region. The goal is to achieve ambitious targets for the UK while ensuring that products align with compliance requirements.

What you’ll bring to the role


  • Proven experience in building relationships and credibility with both external and internal contacts.

  • Strong focus on compliance and understanding when to escalate concerns.

  • Ability to work with data and experience using data to inform decision-making.

  • Proven ability to apply business acumen to decision-making, with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.

  • Experience or ability to lead and motivate a cross-cultural team.

  • Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated team player.

  • Customer-focused.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, meeting challenging targets.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills, self-motivated, and agile.

  • Flexibility with working hours, including working over weekends when required.

  • Ability to travel within the MENA region and internationally as needed.
