Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales deals in designated outdoor territories. The Outdoor Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking in assigned outdoor territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in outdoor sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
