We are currently looking for A Male Help Desk Support / User Support Technicians.
Required education and prior experience:
Mandatory - Diploma or bachelor degree in similar field
Mandatory - At least 1 years of experience in Qatar
Mandatory – Good English communication skill needed, Arabic is advantage
Below Experience Required
- Setting up and troubleshooting desktops, network printers, routers and Wi-Fi access points
- Excellent knowledge of Software / Hardware installation and troubleshooting
- CCTV and NVR knowledge preferable
- IP addresses, Active directory and basics of server infrastructure knowledge preferable
