Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a qualified Soft Service Coordinator to oversee and manage the operations of the soft service at Ritaj Facility Management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality services to our clients, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Soft Service Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to streamline processes, maintain service standards, and contribute to the overall success of our facility management services.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their soft service requirements and expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Service Coordination:

  • Coordinate and supervise soft service teams, including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and other related services.
  • Develop and implement schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery while adhering to quality standards.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established protocols and address any deviations promptly.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to soft service teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the service teams.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate soft services seamlessly with other facility management functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in soft service coordination or a similar role within the facility management industry.
  • Strong understanding of soft service operations, including cleaning, landscaping, and security.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
