Serco supports the US Army as a prime contractor to provide IBDSS Integrated Product Support (IPS). Our team offers Training, Fielding, Site Survey, System Installation and De-Installation, Maintenance, Remote support, Care of Supplies in Storage, Supply, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), Packaging, Handling, Shipping, and Transport, and disposal.
You will be part of a team of logisticians, technicians, and field service representatives that work closely with our Army customer to support base defense systems.
In this role, you will:
- Provide sustainment support to military and civilian customers in overseas, austere, and non-austere environments. You will support forward deployed equipment and procurement of repair parts.
- Conduct warehouse operations to include inventory; shipping and receiving; transportation of real property both CONUS and OCONUS.
- Support program logistics using Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Track equipment transfers between organizations and associated property management operations and systems such as Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-A).
- Comply with DOD regulations and host country laws, policy, and regulations that govern contract personnel operating at overseas locations.
QualificationsTo be succes sful in this role, you will have:
- Two (2) to seven (7) years' experience providing sustainment support overseas theater environments.
- May substitute four (4) years of additional relevent experience for education.
- Experience must include conducting inventory in accordance with current Army policies and familiarity with Army global logistics and sustainment operations.
- Knowledge of the Army Acquisition Process for End Items and procurement of repair parts.
- A DoD Secret Level Security Clearance
- Must be willing to travel 75% of the time.
Additional de sired experience and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience in equipment management transfers between organizations and thereafter property management operations and systems, e.g. Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-A).
- Familiarity and recent experience (within the last 4 years) with Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) database systems such as:
- Logistics Modernization Program (LMP),
- COLTS,
- Defense Priorities & Allocations System (DPAS),
- Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP),
- Rapid Aerostat Initial Deployment Contractor Logistics System (RAID CLS)
- Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE).
