BIM Architect
For a leading construction company – Dubai based, Required a well experienced BIM Architect to join immediate
Role And Responsibilities
- Manages the use of BIM information and processes on large-scale projects
- Support configuration and establishment of the Common Data Environment for Project use
- Develop and maintain specific BIM software template files to assure standards compliance
- Manage and ensure BIM Information Models are delivered in accordance with the agreed BEP and standard protocol.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, or Engineering
- At least 05 years’ experience in BIM Projects delivery
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM Implementation on major projects - Dubai based is preferred
- Preferred to have experience working on various high rise building and commercial projects
- Must have experience with International BIM Standards
- Proficient with BIM software's: Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks,, BIM 360
- Possess excellent English communication skills and writing skills in preparing letters, technical instructions, analytical reports, and presentations
