Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management.
- At least 4 years of experience specifically in hotel construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-RMP or PMI-SP.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Skills:
- Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and industry best practices.
- Ability to effectively manage project teams and resources.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
