Business Coordinator/Receptionist Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business.
  • Experience in related field.
  • Strong communication skill.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Providing confidential administrative support.
  • Constant Business improvements to support the operational running of the Building and Tenancy branches.
  • Daily review of mailbox inquiries, communications with field advisors based on bulletin and program guidelines, and research responses to unusual inquiries and prepare recommendations to program owner.
  • Budget-tracking, reporting and issue resolution.
