Job Description

The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of business operations and retail dynamics.


  • Schedule Management:
    • Maintain the Chairman's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication and Documentation:
    • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Coordinate and organize meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Travel and Support:
    • Accompany the Chairman on business tours in base location and overseas.
    • Assist the Chairman in overseeing daily operations within the consumer division and retail business.
  • Project Management:
    • Track progress and provide regular updates on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze business performance data and prepare reports for the Chairman's review.
  • Liaison and Confidentiality:
    • Act as the point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
