Job Description
The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of business operations and retail dynamics.
- Schedule Management:
- Maintain the Chairman's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication and Documentation:
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Coordinate and organize meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Travel and Support:
- Accompany the Chairman on business tours in base location and overseas.
- Assist the Chairman in overseeing daily operations within the consumer division and retail business.
- Project Management:
- Track progress and provide regular updates on project milestones and deliverables.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze business performance data and prepare reports for the Chairman's review.
- Liaison and Confidentiality:
- Act as the point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
