Job Title: Senior MEP Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MEP Manager with over 15 years of extensive experience in MEP system and constructions, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in designing 5 stars hotels, electrical and mechanical system. As a Senior MEP Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for our hotel construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage MEP design, coordination, installation, and commissioning activities for hotel construction projects.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure MEP systems meet project requirements and standards.
- Develop and oversee MEP project schedules, budgets, and quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor MEP installation progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage MEP subcontractors and vendors, including procurement, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to MEP systems.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, including troubleshooting MEP-related issues and proposing innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction, with at least 6 years of experience specifically in hotel construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing MEP systems for large-scale construction projects, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MEP design software and project management tools.
- Extensive knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and best practices.
- Professional engineering license (PE) preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
