**Job Description:**
As a Merchandiser at B2B SUPERMARKET LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are presented effectively to maximize sales and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the buying team to develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Conducting regular store visits to assess product displays, signage, and overall presentation.
- Implementing planograms and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met consistently across all locations.
- Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Building strong relationships with store managers and staff to effectively communicate merchandising plans and initiatives.
- Participating in product launches and promotional events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for retail and consumer trends.
- Flexibility to travel to various store locations as needed.
