**Job Description:**
As a Cashier at B2B SUPERMARKET LLC, you will be the final point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions while delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Scanning and processing purchases accurately and efficiently.
- Handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely.
- Balancing cash registers at the end of each shift and generating reports.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a Cashier in a retail or supermarket setting, preferably in Dubai.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
