Position: Dishwasher
Responsibilities:
- Operate dishwashing machines in both kitchen and bar areas.
- Polish and sort dishes according to designated stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workplace.
Position: Hygienist/Cleaner
Responsibilities:
- Nightly cleaning of entire restaurant, kitchen, bars, garden, and toilets.
- Scrubbing floors, washing, and polishing all surfaces and elements.
- Arranging tables, chairs, and decorative items in the hall.
- Sweeping and wiping down garden furniture and fixtures.
Position: Assistant Cook/Helper
Responsibilities:
- Washing, cleaning, and chopping fruits and vegetables.
- Preparing dressings and kneading dough.
- Cutting and portioning meat.
- Packing food items.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace.
- Disposing of garbage.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen is mandatory.
Conditions:
- Full-time position: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week with one day off.
- Hot meals provided for all employees.
- Complimentary coffee and lemonade during shifts.
- Accommodation provided.
- Food allowance of approximately 100 euros for collective accommodation.
- Minimum salary of 500 euros.
- Employees responsible for 40% of any damages caused.
- Uniform provided,
