Role Summary Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Interprets customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers. This job may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot ongoing customer issues Prepare and Submit Root Cause Analysis (RCA) after review Provide daily project progress reports for both internal and External Teams Coordinate with Field Engineers, Create and Submit the Field testing report Job Requirements Education and Experience: Telecommunications or Computer Engineering background (1-2 years of experience preferred). Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Hardware (HW) Servers and their operation. Basic understanding of Cloud Computing concepts (Cloud Knowledge Certification a plus). Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to customers and colleagues. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with Linux operating system. Experience with Radio Access Network (RAN) technologies (preferred).
