Job Description

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to identify new market opportunities, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decision-making and prioritize target markets.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads for Mega Projects. This may involve networking events, cold calling, digital marketing campaigns, and attending trade shows.
  • Relationship Building & Negotiation: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at the Mega Projects such as architects, landscape designers, facility managers, and government officials.
  • Proposal Development & Presentation: Develop compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of our products and solutions.
  • Effectively present proposals to potential clients during sales meetings and negotiations.
  • Contract Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients, ensuring all contracts are aligned with company policies and objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term partnerships. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress of leads through the sales cycle. Develop and implement strategies to improve deal conversion rates.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, design, project management, engineering, estimation, production, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize product offerings.
