Role Description:
As Project Manager. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing construction projects. Day-to-day duties will include conducting site visits, preparing cost estimates, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing project timelines and schedules. Should have knowledge in Drafting as well as preparing program charts based of project plan.
Qualifications:
· Experience in Civil Engineering in site execution and planning
· Excellent knowledge of Civil maintenance and contracting
· Experience with MEP, INTERIOR FITOUT & CIVIL works related
· Experience in Quoting and pricing
· Experience in Quantity surveying
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with UAE attested documents
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Familiarity with relevant engineering software and tools
· Experience or familiarity with the construction, interior, fit out industry in the UAE for at least 8 years or more
· G+ 4 or above DM license is a MUST
· UAE Driving license & Vehicle is a MUST
