Mondus Properties, We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their property requirements, and effectively coordinating appointments and meetings. This role will primarily focus on gathering information about properties available for sale and rent in Dubai.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience as Tellecaller in Real Estate Market.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and industry regulation.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or databases to generate interest in the company's products or services.
  • Utilize sales techniques such as active listening, objection handling, and closing to convert leads into sales.
  • Exceptional inter personal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
