Position Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Automotive Body Shop Technicians. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to body repair, painting, detailing, and PPF installation, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Tinter:
- Apply tint films to automotive windows with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure proper preparation of windows and surfaces before tint application.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards throughout the tinting process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Detailer
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles to restore them to a like-new condition.
- Utilize various detailing techniques, tools, and products to achieve high-quality results.
- Address specific customer requests and preferences regarding detailing services.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure cleanliness and perfection.
PPF Technician:
- Install paint protection film (PPF) on vehicles to shield them from scratches, chips, and environmental damage.
- Properly prepare vehicle surfaces and apply PPF with attention to detail and precision.
- Ensure seamless integration of PPF with vehicle contours and features.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to customers regarding PPF maintenance and care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive body shop work, specifically in tinting, detailing, or PPF installation.
- Proficiency in relevant techniques, tools, and materials used in tinting, detailing, or PPF installation.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques in the automotive industry.
- Certification or training in tinting, detailing, or PPF installation is a plus.
