Role Description

This is a full-time role for Chef De Cuisine - International & Japanese. The Chef De Cuisine will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food quality and presentation. This is an on-site role located in Doha, Qatar. There are two positions

CHEF DE CUISINE - INTERNATIONAL (Salary $ 38K - to $39K yearly)*

CHEF DE CUISINE - JAPANESE ( Salary $ 45K- $46K yearly)*

(* Plus pre-furnished apartment with Internet close to the hotel, Utilities paid, Visa, Medical Insurance, 3 meals a day, 1 round trip to home country every year)

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in international and Japanese cuisine
• Familiar with Middle East market
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors
• Ability to develop and execute creative and innovative menus
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Certification or degree in culinary arts or related field
• Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
