+ The Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with a focus on generative models. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying generative AI models to generate text, images, or other data types in innovative ways.

+ Your Assignment

• Experience using large language models, Langchain, vector databases, and cloud AI services to architect AI solutions (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML)
• Expertise in prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and retrieval augmented generation
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Strong experience with AI and machine learning, especially generative models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

+ Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a technical field
• At least 4 years of experience designing and building and deploying ML application platforms
• At least 4 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java
• At least 1 year of experience building, scaling, and optimizing training or inferencing systems for deep neural networks
• Experience using large language models, Langchain, vector databases, and cloud AI services to architect AI solutions (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML)
• Expertise in prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and retrieval augmented generation

• The expected base salary range for this position is 300k – 400k AED per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Additional Compensation Components: In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives. The specific components will vary depending on the role and individual and/or company performance.

Pay: AED300,000.00 - AED400,000.00 per year
