Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced On-Site Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the initial setup of operations, hiring and training of cleaners, and sourcing inventories. The On-Site Executive will ensure a 100% success rate in turnover cleaning for holiday homes in Dubai, maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Setup:
  • Oversee the initial setup of cleaning operations, ensuring all systems and processes are in place.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning services.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.
  • Hiring and Training:
  • Recruit, interview, and hire cleaning staff to meet the company's needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive training programs for new hires, focusing on cleaning techniques, customer service, and company standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff, providing ongoing training and support as needed.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Source and procure high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain an organized inventory system, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Monitor usage and reorder supplies in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
  • Quality Control:
  • Conduct regular inspections of holiday homes to ensure cleaning standards are met.
  • Address any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service quality.
  • Client Relations:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and managers.
  • Handle client inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve a 100% success rate in turnover cleaning for holiday homes.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction ratings.
  • Ensure all cleaning staff are fully trained and compliant with company standards.
  • Efficiently manage inventory to prevent shortages and reduce waste.
  • Successfully handle client complaints and resolve issues within 24 hours.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in turnover cleaning for holiday homes or short-term rentals.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai market and regulatory requirements.
  • Multilingual abilities.
