MARCOM Manager

Job Description:

The role based in Dubai will report to the Head of Marketing Strategy and Brand Transformation. This team role has accountability for driving the marketing and growth agenda for their Fragrance portfolio globally, including new product launches, brand communication and campaign development, team development, and operational delivery. Providing leadership of the marketing function, this role will be a key to accelerating brand performance and delivering brand awareness and communication projects to ensure brand growth. This role demands innovative thinking along with a creative and energetic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strong consumer communication plans and strategies based on target consumers and consumer insights.
  • Provide strategic marketing direction around brand and positioning to increase brand awareness and consideration
  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly & annual marketing plans for the Fragrance business
  • Define & implement go-to-market strategies across channels and countries, and drive long term business growth. Set and track the profitability targets and deliver those in conjunction with the commercial teams.
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets (ATL, BTL & Digital).
  • Drive creation and execution of local insights-driven programs; i.e., segment plans, social media management, and PR programs.
  • Ability to independently manage large cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
  • Build and drive a team of motivated individuals who are committed towards organizational purpose and goals, infusing in them the values and culture.

Profile of Candidate:

  • 10-15 years of successful track record in Marketing Management in consumer products company
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of business P&L
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in cosmetics/beauty/lifestyle industry is mandatory
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to see the big picture and the long- and short-term implications of actions.
  • Self-starter and driven. Always raising the bar. Resilient with a can-do attitude and the drive to deliver ambitious results.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams.
