Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Holiday Consultant based in Doha, Qatar with Flywell Tours & Holidays. As a Holiday Consultant, you will be responsible for independently planning and coordinating client travel arrangements, booking flights and accommodations, advising on travel packages, and ensuring excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer service-oriented, and have excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a travel agency
Experience in client relationship management and high-end customer service, including managing travel arrangements for VIP clients
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detailed knowledge of travel destinations, industry trends, and client preferences
Experience with booking systems and software such as Sabre
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, multitasking and prioritizing work effectively
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Passion for travel and a willingness to develop and maintain knowledge of current trends in the travel industry
