- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Ensure HR systems and processes are efficient and effective.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive HR innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
