Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

Ø Plan, direct, and coordinate all operations and activities related to firestop, fireproofing, expansion joints, and EIFS projects.

Ø Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Project Management:

Ø Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Ø Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

3. Team Leadership:

Ø Lead and manage a team of technicians, engineers, and project managers, providing guidance, training, and support.

Ø Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

4. Quality and Compliance:

Ø Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Ø Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship.

5. Client Relations:

Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

Ø Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality services.

6. Financial Management:

Ø Manage operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
