Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives targeting B2B clients. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying prospective clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our HR outsourcing services.


Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients within the startup, MNC, and SME sectors.
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
  3. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  5. Present and demonstrate our HR outsourcing solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  6. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in a timely manner.
  7. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and participate in networking events and conferences.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR outsourcing services or related industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the Dubai business landscape and market dynamics.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  7. Valid UAE driving license and own car.
  8. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  9. Prior experience working in Dubai or the UAE market is highly desirable.
