Job Description
- Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure that products meet quality standards.
- Establish and maintain quality control records, such as inspection and test data.
- Ensure that microbiological and physicochemical laboratories are well equipped, maintained and working efficiently.
- Ensure that all incoming raw , package materials, in process & finished products meet quality specifications.
- Submitting and tracking all non-conforming raw , packaging materials , in process & finish products.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any quality issues.
- Lead laboratories & in process teams to achieve business objectives.
- Responsible for quality team training, coaching & development.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Monitor production process and identify areas of potential improvement.
- Develop and implement process control methods to ensure quality standards are met.
- Supporting R&D team in industrial trials and new products launches.
- Leading customer complaint investigation and follow-up corrective actions.
- Implementing Quality initiatives and projects related to systems and procedures.
- Review and approve all quality related document (SOP , Check list , Procedures , Process etc.)
- Prepare and present periodic report illustrates quality progress and recommended continuous improvement
Education, Skills, and other requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Dairy , Food sciences or related discipline.
- 5-7 years' experience in UHT Dairy and juice quality Control. In process quality control· Micro – physicochemical Laboratory
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and techniques (risk assessment , RCA & CAPA.)
- Experience in quality standards and practice (ISO, GMP, etc.)
- Experience in team management, coaching and development.
- Ability to collaborate with other functions, work within cross functional team and lead troubleshooting.
- Proficient with MS Office (Office, Word, Excel, Power Point) and other computer programs.
