Job Summary: The Digital Printing Shop Branch Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the digital printing. This includes managing staff, equipment, materials, and schedules to meet client deadlines and maintain product quality and ownership of Branches selling Counter and Handling walking customer and offline customer and as well as online customer and multitasking activity. Expert in MS Excel and Inventory Managements and Printing Machine Production MIS and Printing machine Maintance knowledge. Expert E-mail communication and Reporting day to day activity in branches Top level Management. Good Customers convince Power required.
Good Knowledge About Digital Printing Photocopying Machines, Large Format Digital Printing Machines and Knowledge about their varieties of media and Their Ripping software and color Proofing Management ( Mimaki , Epson , HP, Chanzies Ez ink Jet Printing machine), Knowledge of textile Printing industries DTF Printing , DTG Printing, Sublimation , Mug Printing , Embroidery, UV Flatbed Printing ,Acrylic Lesser cutting machine, Stamp making , plotter cut machine, Lamination machine. Lesser engraving Printing Machine, DTF UV Printing machine for Gift and Customized Product Printing.
Responsibilities:
- Production Management:
- Oversee all aspects of digital printing Process, including large format printing, vinyl cutting, laminating, and finishing processes.
- Ensure efficient workflow, job scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production targets.
- Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the production of high-quality printed materials.
- Perform regular inspections to identify and address quality issues.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain an inventory of consumables and request reordering as necessary.
- Team Leadership:
- Hire, train, and supervise production staff, including printers, operators, and technicians.
- Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment.
- Provide training on safety procedures and equipment operation.
- Every day Branches Cleaning Responsibility.
- Client Communication:
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand client requirements and project specifications.
- Handling walking customer and offline customer and as well as online customer and multitasking activity
- Cost Management:
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining product quality.
- Track and report on production expenses and budget adherence.
- Expert in Product Wastage minimum Flow. Wastage control.
- Technology Integration:
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in digital printing.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and product offerings through technology upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor's degree and Technical skill in a related field (e.g., Printing Management, Minimum 3 to 5 Years’ Experience Required Digital Printing Industry)
- Excellence in Graphic Designing Like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustration CorelDRAW.
- Excellence in Arabic Typing and English typing and Good communication language Arabic as well English.
- Excellence in Printing machines operating skill.
- Expert in Microsoft Software and Internet Surfing.
- Proven experience in digital printing and production management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital printing house and equipment and Machines and software.
- Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and quality control standards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
